Course Overview: This food safety course is designed by the Maltese Food Safety Commission which leads to the attainment of the food handling license card category A as prescribed by Legal Notice 178/2001.
Target audience: Employees who are NOT involved in food preparation such as; waiters, couriers and cashiers. .

- High and low-risk foods.
